Oakrange has now been providing test equipment to the automotive sector for over 40 years. Our activities in automotive test equipment are aided by our experience of quality system requirements. Our services and products are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the motor industry dealers.
Our Customers
We have customers that range from independent garages through to multi-franchise groups. Furthermore, we endeavor to adapt our services and prices to meet the requirements and budgets of each customer. However, our quality, integrity of work, and our ethics remain the same for each client. Oakrange has always had to meet the highest independent quality systems standards. For example, we progressed from MOD AQAP 1, through to the current ISO 9001-2008. Also, one of our latest accreditation's is with IPAS. Our Recruits
Recruitment and key training are of paramount importance to the effectiveness of the services we provide. Every engineer is trained to an exceptionally high standard. For instance, we adhere to all public and employee liability insurance requirements. In addition, we carry out routine risk assessments. This is to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Our engineers try to be as non-intrusive as possible. Furthermore, they offer a debriefing session at the end of each calibration visit. This is to ensure that our customers are happy as well as understand the work that has been carried out. Moreover, we ensure to give the best service possible with an honest price, quality and excellence. As a result, we stay in communication with all our clients throughout the year.
